Rates for work done during working hours (Mon-Fri 08:00 – 17:00):

First hour£70+VAT (£84 inc. VAT)
Each subsequent
half hour		£25+VAT (£30 inc. VAT)

Rates for work done out of working hours:

First hour£120+VAT (£144 inc. VAT)
Each subsequent
half hour		£40+VAT (£48 inc. VAT)

Common gas appliance servicing rates (prices below are inclusive of VAT):

Wall or floor mounted boiler
(this is the standard boiler service)		£80+VAT (£96 inc. VAT)
Boiler service including full strip down service of heat exchanger in modern boiler when required
(this depends on the manufacturer’s requirements)
Excludes replacement seals and parts.		£100+VAT (£120 inc. VAT)
(plus the cost of any seals or other parts used)
Back boiler including fire front£120+VAT (£144 inc. VAT)
Additional: fire£45+VAT (£54 inc. VAT)
Additional: cooker or hob£10+VAT (£12 inc. VAT)
Unvented cylinder service£75+VAT (£90 inc. VAT)

Landlord’s Gas Safety certificates are included when all the appliances are serviced at no extra cost.
